About the house

The house is 70 square metres and has three entrances – at the front, at the rear and onto the deck. The open-plan design and the large number of windows means that the interior is light and airy – and has a wonderful view over the bay. The wood-burning stove is in the centre of the house and spreads warmth to all the rooms.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with conventional and microwave ovens, fridge and freezer, hotplates, coffee-maker and kettle. Of course, there is also crockery, cutlery and the usual range of kitchen utensils. The television channels SVT1. SVT2 and TV4 are available, and there is also a radio.

There are two bedrooms, one with four spaces in bunk beds and the other with two. The lower beds are 105 cm wide and the upper ones 80cm. There is also an additional spare bed in the smaller room. There is a bathroom with shower, also a washbasin in the smaller bedroom. Outside there is a newly-built privy with a chemical toilet and a view of the sea!

The large deck on the west side of the house has chairs and a barbeque

Jetty and boat

It is only a short walk of 800m to the house from the carpark. However you also have a private jetty and boat with a 25 h.p. outbord engine at your disposal. The fuel cost is extra. If you are uncertain about handling the boat, we will willingly instruct you. It’s also possible to rent a canoe or windsurfing board.

Pets

We regret that no pets or other animals are allowed.

Arrival and departure

You are welcome to arrive after 3pm on the Saturday and are requested to depart by 12 noon.

Cleaning

Cleaning is not included in the rent, so you are expected to leave everything clean and tidy. We will inspect the house at 11am on the departure date, unless we agree a different time.

Refuse

To reduce the impact on the environment, all organic matter should be placed in the compost, and recycleable materials in the appropriate containers. Paper and cardboard can be burnt in the stove and the remaining rubbish put in the bin
